Why I’ve been living in Buffalo since 1999 and no one told me about this place … THIS IS AMAZING FRESH FOOD. Fish , shrimp, fries , hush puppies 100/100 MAC N CHEESE OVER THE TOP. Coleslaw LORD knows this will be my NUMBER ONE BI-weekly MEAL… thank you guys everything was BEYOND DELICIOUS

Fish was bland greens tasted canned and soo sweet I've never had sweet greens ever in my life was not good mac n cheese tasted like box Mac n cheese fish sandwich served on a cornerstore costanzo roll i seriously had high hope i really did like i wanted to like it. Its a no for me.

Do not order the salmon. I want to be straightforward: I got food poisoning after eating the salmon at Bailey Seafood, and I'm leaving this review so others can make an informed decision. The salmon arrived looking fine — no obvious red flags on the plate. But within a few hours I was experiencing the classic symptoms of foodborne illness: nausea, vomiting, and stomach cramps. I have no doubt about the source, as it was the only thing I ate that evening. My partner also had stomach issues. Proper fish handling is non-negotiable. Salmon is particularly high-risk when stored or cooked incorrectly, and what I experienced is consistent with either improper refrigeration or undercooking. Either way, it shouldn't happen. I haven't been back and I won't be returning. If you do choose to eat here, I'd strongly recommend avoiding the fish until there's evidence they've addressed their food safety practices. This isn't a complaint about service or ambiance — it's a genuine health warning from someone who paid the price for trusting this kitchen.

The customer service is EXCELLENT 👍🏾 the food is so good I've only ordered the haddock meal and it's great.My only problem would be the Mac and cheese it's very blah it lacks flavor... Everything else that comes with the Homestyle meal is excellent.You won't be disappointed oh and it's a very clean place even the door when you come in is clean . Don't y'all just hate it when you go to a restaurant and the door is dirty 🤦🏾‍♀️.That turns me off because why is the door dirty.

In and out spot great food and service i had the shrimp and haddock dinner with fries and hush puppies.. french fries could be better weren't crunchy and had a lot of grease. Tartar sauce was awesome and seafood cocktail sauce was fantastic. They also got seafood boil ...i had to resist but it looks amazing next time I'll have to get some.
